A. SCOPE OF WORK
1.Add merchants to CMS:

2.Verify Merchants:

3.Sign and Train Merchants:
Special Offers: First 20 Merchants signed
USD 100 per ACTIVE merchants (active need a minimum number of transactions) in Savyu Token
Share profit (1.5%)
Earning on Subsequent Merchants signed
USD 50 per ACTIVE merchants (active means merchants have 100 transactions minimum the 1st month following activation)
Share profit (1.5%) (Commission superior to what Momo usually charge merchants)

1.Recruitment of Downlines:
Business Builder can have unlimited number of Downlines
Maximum 3 Levels of Downlines
Earnings when a Direct Downline (Level 1) signs an active merchant (with 100 transactions): USD 25 equivalent in Savyu Token
2. Level 1 earning:
Share profit 0.3% of the total transaction value
3. Level 2 earning:
Share profit 0.1%
4. Level 3 earning:
Share profit 0.1%

Earning from downlines structure 1
Earning of BB1 based on average 1000 transactions a month per shop at 20$ average bill
10 L1 at 0.3% = 10 (L1) x 20,000$ x 0.3% x 10 = 6,000$
50 L2 at 0.1% = 50 (L2) x 20,000$ x 0.1% x 10 = 10,000$
100 L3 at 0.1% = 100 (L3) x 20,000$ x 0.1% x10 = 20,000$
Total earnings from 160 Downlines: 6,000 + 10,000 + 20,000 = 36,000$ monthly
To gain right to earn from Downlines, Business Builders must meet the following requirements:

1/5 per year, minimum earning on Year 5 and onwards: 20%
